None of Spec-Ops missions (classic and/or reg) are balanced to 2 players. Even with 4 players many of them are hard af, but if you wanna try it, just classic spec-ops are avaliable to play wwithout matchmaking. The max number of players on privates (human+bots) are 12. Everything are unlocked less bundle knives, and all modes are playable less GW.
